“It’s a brand new day and we have cogent reasons to be hopeful. Our democracy must thrive for the succeeding generation,” he wrote.
“As patriotic Nigerians, we have an obligation to create an enabling environment. It’s our collective responsibility.”
Peter Obi is vying for the nation’s number one job on the strength of his character and his antecedents as former Anambra State governor as well as the backing of Nigerian youths who desire change.
He has continuously assured Nigerians that he will fight corruption, and insecurity, improve the economy, and reduce poverty amongst other promises.
The LP presidential candidate has been receiving massive support mostly on social media platforms from youths and top Nigerian celebrities
He is believed to be the only one that can turn the fortunes of Nigeria around given his reported good governance and prudent management of resources in Anambra when he was the governor of the state.
Obi faces Atiku Abubakar of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and Bola Tinubu of the All Progressives Congress (APC) among other candidates for next year’s poll.
