The Action People’s Party (APP) on Wednesday, announced that it has withdrawn its petition against Nigeria’s President-elect, Bola Tinubu in the ongoing proceedings challenging his victory at the polls.

Obed Agu, who is the counsel for the party, disclosed this at Wednesday’s proceedings.

In the brief ruling, Justice Tsammani, who is the presiding judge of the Presidential Election Petition Court, dismissed the suit.
