BBNaija Star, Elozonam Ogbolu Reveals Why He Will Marry A Village Girl [Video]

Former Big Brother Naija housemate, Elozonam Ogbolu has revealed why he would rather prefer to marry a ‘village girl’ instead of dating in Lagos.

The reality star, who spoke during his appearance on the “Is This Seat Taken” podcast, hosted by actress Chinasa Anukam, described the dating scene in Lagos as a “cesspool.”

Elozonam stated that many individuals are dating the same people in Lagos, stressing that the person one is romantically involved with is likely connected to someone who is acquainted with both parties.

Speaking on his plan for finding a life partner, Elozonam revealed his intention to seek a bride from a remote village, distancing himself from the perceived entanglements of the Lagos dating scene.

He said: “Lagos is a cesspool. The person that you are having sex with is probably having sex with somebody that knows somebody that you know.

“So, I have often told myself that if I’m gonna get married, I will just go out and meet a village girl [laughs].

“What I mean is that I will just go out of this cesspool to somewhere remote and just marry somebody because Lagos is a cesspool.”
