“It’s Difficult For Me, Water Full My Eyes” – Davido Celebrates Father’s Day With Tears

Nigerian superstar, Davido has expressed his emotional struggle on social media as the world commemorated Father’s Day.

In a series of emotion-laden posts via his verified Instagram story, Davido said that this particular Father’s Day was exceptionally challenging for him, yet he remained grateful for the inner resilience he possessed.

The singer, who revealed that he had been in tears but he believes he will eventually be fine, believed that some days would be like this, acknowledging the inevitable ups and downs of life.

He wrote, wrote, “Difficult Father’s Day for me… But thank God for strength. Some days will be like this. Water full my eyes but I’ll be alright! Forever!”(sic)

This is Davido’s first Father’s Day after he lost his three-year-old son, Ifeanyi Adeleke, whom he had with his wife Chioma Rowland, late last year in a drowning accident in his mansion.
