Remove The ‘Female’ Tag, Women Are Best In The Music Industry – Singer Teni Apata

Nigerian singer, Teni Apata has taken to social media to address critics within the music industry and celebrate the talent of female musicians.

In a post shared on her Twitter page, Teni Apata stated that the “female” gender tag should be discarded as they aspire to be recognized simply as “artists.”

The singer declared that women are the best when it comes to showcasing exceptional skills and prowess in music, performance, and every aspect of the industry.

She wrote, “Make una comot that “female” tag. We are fucking artists. And na we bad pass for everything. Steeze o, music o, performance, everything.”
