Big Brother Naija All Stars housemate, Mercy Eke has opened up about a surprising revelation regarding her boyfriend’s attempt to dissuade her from participating in the ongoing show.

During a conversation with her fellow housemates, Mercy Eke revealed that her boyfriend was not supportive of her decision to join the BBNaija All Stars edition and had even offered her a staggering sum of N120 million in a span of three months if she refrained from taking part in the show.

The reality star, who won the N100m grand prize for ‘Pepper Dem’ season four edition, claimed that her boyfriend’s jealousy prompted him to make this generous but manipulative offer to keep her away from the season 8 show.

However, despite the tempting financial incentive, Mercy Eke said she chose to follow her heart and pursue her ambition to be part of the Big Brother Naija All-Stars.

Mercy clarified that her boyfriend would not be fulfilling his promise of N120 million because she declined his proposition and entered the BBNaija house.

“My boyfriend told me that he’ll give me 120 million in 3 months, that I shouldn’t go for All Stars, but I said no, I want this,” she said.
