The Chairman of Al-Mubee Group, Alhaji Mubarak Musa has presented a gift of N2 million to Omowunmi, the wife of the late Nigerian singer, Mohbad.
KanyiDaily recalls that Mohbad died at the tender age of 27 under controversial circumstances on September 12, and was buried the following day in Ikorodu, Lagos.
Following his death, Omowunmi took to social media to lament that their baby, Liam, is only five months old, and she doesn’t know where to begin without Mohbad.
Taking to his Instagram page, Mubarak Musa shared a screenshot of the N2 million he sent to Mohbad’s wife. The money was transferred to her on Thursday, September 14th.
The businessman further demonstrated his generosity by pledging to sponsor their 5-month-old son’s education all the way to the university level.
Meanwhile, a series of old videos recently surfaced on social media showing the moment Sam Larry was harassing Mohbad on multiple occasions before his death, sparking a flurry of reactions.
