Mohbad’s Body Transferred To Mortuary After Autopsy

The body of the late singer, Ilerioluwa Aloba, popularly known as Mohbad, have been transferred to the mortuary following a post-mortem examination.

KanyiDaily recalls that Mohbad died at the age of 27 under controversial circumstances on September 12, and was buried the following day in Lagos.

But the police exhumed his body for an autopsy on Thursday to determine the cause of his untimely death which has been causing controversy since his demise.

The Lagos State Police Command officially confirmed the completion of the autopsy on the late singer, Mohbad, on Thursday.

While there were rumors suggesting that the remains had been reburied, the Lagos State Police Public Relations Officer, Benjamin Hundeyin, clarified the situation in a telephone interview with Punch on Friday. He stated definitively, “It is at the mortuary.”

Meanwhile, his friend Bella Shmurda said the primary objective is for the police to identify and bring to justice those who allegedly “oppressed” and mistreated Mohbad during his lifetime.
