Following the death of the 27-year-old singer, there have been calls for a DNA test to determine if he was indeed the boy’s father.
Anita Joseph defended Omawunmi and criticized those demanding a DNA test, noting that Omawunmi is still grieving, and it is not the place of Nigerians to demand a paternity test.
She responded to the critics by saying, “Stop these people are grieving, this is not your place Shalom.”
However, a critic was not pleased with her statement and pointed out that the singer’s son does not resemble him.
The critic questioned why the wife couldn’t agree to a DNA test if there was nothing to hide, saying, “Be like una dey mad. Every finger points to it that the Boy is not Mohbad’s son cause I see no reason why a woman will be so scared of DNA”.
In response to the critic’s comments, Anita Joseph responded with insults, saying, “Your mum is mad.”
KanyiDaily recalls that actress Mary Remmy Njoku had also condemned the calls from some Nigerians for a DNA test to be conducted on Mohbad’s son.
