“Why Attack Me?” – Samklef Reacts After Davido Slammed Him For Posting Video Of Chioma And Twins

Music executive, Samklef has responded to Afrobeats singer, Davido, who criticized him for sharing a video of his wife Chioma Rowland, and their newly born twins.

KanyiDaily recalls that Davido and Chioma recently welcomed twins, but the singer had maintained silence on the matter, leaving speculation unresolved.

On Friday afternoon, Samklef took to his Instagram page and shared a video of the couple with their newborn twins leaving the hospital in the United States.

However, Samklef’s congratulatory post triggered a backlash from Davido, who referred to him as a clout chaser and labeled him as wicked for posting the video.

In his response, Samklef questioned why he was being attacked, explaining that he saw the video on a blog and reposted it. He clarified that he was not the one who recorded the video and expressed his desire to be allowed to “breathe.”

He wrote, “Saw the video on their blogs on twitter and posted what did i do wrong ?
Na me record the video ? @sososoberekon na crime for me to post like other blogs Abi I no under the why ? Let samklef breath.”

In subsequent posts, Samklef revealed that he had a conversation with Davido, and the issue has been resolved. He explained that Davido initially thought he was the one who leaked the video, leading to a strong reaction.

However, after clarifying that he obtained the video from the public domain on Twitter and was not the first to share it, Samklef deleted the harsh comments made on the post.

He concluded by wishing blessings upon Davido’s home and family, emphasizing that his intention was to share good news and celebrate with Davido.

“Me and @davido are kool. Davido initially believed I was the one who leaked the video after our DM conversation. However, I clarified that I obtained the video from the public domain on Twitter. Wishing blessings upon your home and family.

“Celebrating with davido na good news I post. No be 1st post am. God wey do am for davido and chioma go do am for you. Let SAMKLEF breath,” he wrote.
