A few days ago, a video featuring Ebuka Obi conducting a deliverance for a lady believed to be possessed by a marine spirit gained widespread attention.
In the video, the lady could be seen expressing her admiration for the clergyman during the prayer session, sparking mixed reactions on social media.
While some viewers questioned the authenticity of the video describing the deliverance session as stagged, others accepted it as genuine.
In response to the controversy, Ebuka Obi took to the pulpit to recount how the video had gone viral and how some netizens accused him of staging the entire event.
The clergyman claimed that such people are attempting to undermine the divine power of God.
He revealed that, following the deliverance, the lady now sleeps peaceful, contrasting her previous condition.
During his address, Ebuka Obi also invited the lady onto the pulpit, where she appeared to be in improved spirits.
