Panic As Fuel Tanker Explodes in Ibadan

Ibadan, the capital of Oyo State, faced a wave of panic on Tuesday night due to an unexplained explosion that rattled various areas of the city.

The resounding explosion was heard in different parts of the city, such as Oke Itunu, Bodija, Omi Adio, Apete, University College Hospital (UCH), Mokola, and Idi Isin.

The specific location of the explosion is still unknown; however, the UCH School of Nursing, where shockwaves shattered hostel windows, was among the areas most affected by the incident.

Kanyi Daily recalls that on Monday, a devastating fire swept through Megida Onikahun compound in Edun Isale, Ilorin South Local Government Area of Kwara State, leaving over 120 people homeless and destroying 44 rooms
