American model, Aoki Lee Simmons and restaurateur Vittorio Assaf have called it quits on their relationship shortly after confirming their surprising romance.

Last week, photos of Aoki, 21, sharing a kiss with the 65-year-old restaurateur during their relaxing trip had gone viral during a getaway to St. Barts.

The young model referred to Assaf as her “boyfriend” in several Instagram Live sessions while they were on vacation. She also tagged the businessman as her “second boyfriend” while showcasing his luxurious residence in St. Barts.

However, despite images surfacing of the pair sharing intimate moments on the beach, she swiftly dismissed any speculation about a serious relationship.

A source close to the 21-year-old told Page Six on Monday, “It’s 100% done.“ “They’re absolutely not dating,” they said.

According to the insider, Aoki was quoted as saying, “Of course, I’m not with him. I was never with him,” despite her evident joy during her stay at Assaf’s island home.

Furthermore, the source dismissed claims of Aoki being materialistic, labeling such notions as “absurd.”

The source said: “She’s not even like that. She doesn’t care about jewelry. She doesn’t have Hermes. It’s not even her. She doesn’t even care about expensive things like that. She’s like more of a geek.”

An acquaintance of Assaf described him as possessing a youthful charm despite his age and noted his preference for younger companions.

“He’s always loved younger beautiful women… his taste hasn’t changed,” the source noted.
