UTME 2024: How To Check Your JAMB Results Through Phone, Portal

The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) on Monday announced the release of the 2024 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) results.

The Registrar, Prof Ishaq Oloyede, disclosed this during a press conference held in Abuja.

A total of 1,989,668 candidates registered for the examination, marking a 24.7% increase compared to the previous year.

Out of these, 1,904,189 candidates were present and verified, 2,899 were present but unverified, and 80,810 were absent.

To access their results online, candidates can follow these steps:

  1. Visit the JAMB eFacility Portal at https://efacility.jamb.gov.ng/login.
  2. Log in using the email address and password used during registration.
  3. Click on the “Check UTME Results” button to view the scores for each subject.

How To Check Your UMTE Results via SMS:

Alternatively, candidates can check their results via SMS by following these steps:

  2. Compose a new message with the format “RESULT [JAMB Registration Number]” (e.g., RESULT 12345678910).
  3. Send the message to either 55019 or 66019, the official numbers provided by JAMB.
