Gospel Singer Dare Melody Loses His Wife, Adedoyin Odunuga

Adedoyin Odunuga, the wife of Nigerian gospel singer Damilare Odunuga, popularly known as Dare Melody, has passed away.

The tragic news was confirmed by Dare Melody’s management in a statement shared on his Instagram page.

The statement reads: “DM Multimedia Mourns The Demise Of The Wife Of The Chairman (Evang. Dare Melody).

“It is with deep sadness and heavy hearts that we inform you of the transition to eternal rest of our beloved mother, wife, sister, and friend (Mrs. ADEDOYIN ODUNUGA, NEE: ODAGI), who passed away early morning today 24th of October 2024. R.I.P. You Will Forever Be In Our Hearts.”

Dare Melody and Adedoyin Odunuga shared a long and devoted marriage, blessed with three children.

In 2015, Dare Melody publicly dismissed rumors of infidelity, emphasizing his loyalty to his wife, saying, “I will never sacrifice my paradise for a five-minute enjoyment outside my marriage.”

Last year, Dare Melody gifted Adedoyin a beautiful new home for her 45th birthday, a heartfelt testament to their bond.
