In a judgment delivered on Friday, Justice Yellim Bogoro also ordered the forfeiture of $900,000 in investments linked to Anita Joy Omoile, a close associate of Emefiele.
Additionally, the court directed the forfeiture of $4.4 million traced to Deep Blue Energy Services Ltd and ₦283 million in a Zenith Bank account belonging to Liman Investment Ltd.
Other seized assets include €20,000 and £1,999.50 held by Exactquote Bureau De Change, all linked to Omoile.
The ruling followed a request from the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), with the judge affirming that the funds were proceeds of unlawful activities.
