Controversial Nigerian singer Portable said he will only appear on Carter Efe’s livestream if he is paid an appearance fee of N10 million.

Portable made the demand during a recent conversation between him and Carter Efe on Instagram.

Efe, who is also a popular Twitch streamer, disclosed that he had invited Portable to feature on his livestream.

Portable, however, made it clear that he would not show up without being paid for his appearance.

According to him, his presence and popularity are not free, and anyone who wants him on their platform must be ready to pay.

The singer insisted that N10 million must be paid into his account before he considers the appearance.

He added that he values his brand and believes he deserves proper compensation for giving anyone access to his spotlight.

Portable told Carter Efe to mobilise his fans and supporters to raise the money, stressing that once the payment is made, he would be willing to appear on the livestream.

He also claimed that he is a star and should be treated as such, accusing Carter Efe of making money from other artistes without paying him.

“Na wetin I wan collect from your hand be that. Call your fans and your people make them pay for you. If that N10M reach my aza, I go show you love.

“Even God talk am, don’t give them the glory free, collect money. Give me 10M. You’re a small boy Carter Efe; you just big for nothing.

” You don collect money from all the artists you no wan come pay me. You have to pay, I’m a star, bro,” Portable said.
