Justice Mohammed Nasir Yunusa Slumps And Dies At His Residence In Kano

Justice Mohammed Nasir Yunusa of the Federal High Court in Kano has died after collapsing at his home.

According to reports, the judge suddenly fell in his living room and was quickly taken to a hospital, where doctors later confirmed his death.

Sources within the Federal High Court in Abuja said he died on Thursday evening and was buried the following day in line with Islamic traditions.

One of the sources described him as a dedicated judge who handled several important cases and carried out his duties diligently during his lifetime.

“Yes, the judge died Thursday evening and he has been buried. He was very hardworking during his lifetime. You know he handled many high-profile cases and dispensed justice accordingly,” the sources said.

The court’s Director of Information, Catherine Oby Christopher, also confirmed the incident, stating that Justice Yunusa died at the State Medical Centre in Kano.
