Ladies Confronts Police Officers Harrassing Them For Possessing Sεx Toy In Bayelsa

In a video shared online, the women are seen being searched by police officers on the roadside.

After finding a dildo in one of their bags, an officer described it as “exhibit” and ordered the women to follow them to a nearby police station.

The women challenged the officers, asking why having a sex toy should be treated as a crime.

Despite their objections, the police officers insisted they must come in for questioning.

During the exchange, one of the women accused the officers of harassment and said they were insulted, claiming an officer referred to them as “lesbians.”

The video has since drawn heavy criticism on social media, with many Nigerians questioning whether the police acted within the law.

Legal commentators have also weighed in, noting that owning adult toys is not illegal in Nigeria.

The incident has once again raised concerns about how stop-and-search operations are carried out and whether they are being used to unfairly target individuals.
