“Davido Didn’t Sign Trevboi, He Only Helped Him” – Isreal DMW Clarifies Admist Murder Case

Isreal DMW, the logistics manager of Afrobeats superstar Davido, has addressed the ongoing speculation regarding his association with up-and-coming artist, Trevboi.

KanyiDaily recalls that Trevboi was recently declared wanted following his alleged involvement in the death of a young man at Bar 38 club in Fadeyi area of Lagos State.

Taking to his Instagram page, Isreal clarified the relationship between Davido and Trevboi, stressing the suspect was never signed to DMW.

He explained that Trevboi was merely someone whom Davido had graciously decided to support by featuring in one of his songs and even taking care of all the expenses for the music video.

Israel DMW made it clear that Davido and Trevboi had since gone their separate ways, especially after the suspect had the audacity to insult his boss as a form of repayment for his generosity.

He wrote, “Trev was never Oga’s signee. He was just somebody whom Oga assisted freely, by, jumping into his song. Oga even paid everything for his video shoot. Oga, long parted ways with him when he even had the guts to insult Oga, as a payback for all his kindness”.

KanyiDaily had also reported how Davido’s former signee, Lil Frosh was accused of beating his girlfriend, Gift Camille, beyond recognition and threatening to release her naked videos which he recorded.
