The Afrobeat artist, dressed in a black designer suit, showcased his musical prowess with a captivating rendition of his hit track, “Calm Down,” at the Theatre du Chatelet in Paris.
The audience, which included football stars like Kylian Mbappe, Lionel Messi, Robert Lewandowski, Eden Hazard, Erling Halaand, David Beckham, and others, applauded the Afrobeat singer.
Rema’s historic appearance marked a significant milestone as the first Afrobeats artist to grace the Ballon d’Or awards stage, highlighting his remarkable success in the year 2023.
