Someone threw away this baby, intact umbilical cord, blood, infact everything that comes along as it pops fresh from a woman’s womb. The baby was discovered around 10am
this morning at Shilon Junction, Ilupeju at a
dustbin close to the express.  The picture was taken after the baby had been cleaned up. So sad.
