Kidnapped Delta SSG’s Son Freed

We told you HERE about the son of the Secretary to the Delta State
Government, Mr. Markson Macaulay, 28 who was kidnapped by unknown gunmen
on Monday at his home town, Owhelogbo in Isoko North local government
area of the state. News reaching us today is that he has regained his freedom today.

Confirming the report, the state police spokesman, DSP Charles Muka
said the SSG’s son was rescued unhurt in far away town of Oviri in Okpe
local government area of the state. Mr. Mouka confirmed the arrest of a
female in connection with the crime.

Markson, who schools in an undisclosed foreign country had traveled
to his home town, Owhelogbo, to see his grandmother and only to be
kidnapped by unknown gunmen on Monday.
