Missing Lady – Cynthia Udoka Valerie Osokogu

Miss Cynthia Valerie Udoka Osokogu, a post graduate student of Nasarawa State University, has been missing since the 24th of July. She reportedly traveled to Lagos in July and hasn’t been heard from since then. She’s the daughter of Major General Frank Osokogu RTD.
