Ex-Big Brother Africa winner, Karen Igho announced on Twitter in December that she had been diagnosed with breast cancer and since then, she’s been off the radar. 

Yesterday, Karen shared this hot pic and tweeted some hours ago that she’s currently in United Kingdom undergoing treatment for her ailment.
