Abuja High Court Orders Federal Government to Pay Boko Haram Suspects N10million

An Abuja High Court has ordered the federal government to pay the sum of ten million naira as compensation to nine suspected members of the Islamic deadly sect, boko haram for detaining them illegally.
They are Abimel Ibrahim, Isah Kano, Yambali Umaru, Danga Wilfred, Jimmy Oba, Ilita Mark, Sadebo Ali Amatig, Michael Manu and Yakubu Douglas
The court also ordered that the applicants should be released from detention and should not be rearrested or detained on the same facts.

  1. Sorry, but I cant understand this judgment. This is why it is said and believe, generally, that government's war with this bh sect will not succeed & that Nigeria must disintegrate in 2015. I will be very surprised if government dolls out this whooping money to the sect to ensure they go back to their massacre of innocent Nigerians. What is human rights regarding terrorism? Those these people have been killing, what is the horrible human rights fighters doing or saying? I marvel.
