Olamide, Lil Kesh Defends Themselves Over Criticism Of Glorifying Blood Money In Their New Song 'Logo Benz' 1

Olamide and Lil Kesh has come out to defend themselves over criticisms of glorifying blood money the lyrics of their new single ‘Logo Benz.’

On Wednesday, December 19, 2018, Olamide teamed up with Lil Kesh on his new single, ‘Logo Benz’. The song’s lyrics which state ”If money no enter, I go do blood money”, have generated damning reactions online that Nigerians are calling for it to be outrightly banned. Olamide to his Twitter page this morning, December 21st, to address the critics which has gone viral.

In the tweet, he attempted an explanation of what the song truly means. ”Logo Benz is for the 3rd party to have a glimpse into the current state of youths in our society.” He shared:

Lil Kesh too issued a statement on the song, saying  ”We no dey promote wetin don dey exist na awareness we dey do…”
