The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), has published a video educating prospective voters on how to vote during the forthcoming coming election.
Nigeria’s Presidential Elections will be coming up on Saturday. The Electoral body also announced that voters can use any finger to vote as the ballot paper is not finger sensitive.
The Body also described reports of using only the index finger to vote as ‘Fake News’.
