Artisan beaten mercilessly for going on Facebook to call out a Local Goverment chairman who allegedly owed him N75,000 in Akwa Ibom State.

Not only was the artisan beaten, he was also filmed and the video was publicly released, such confidence in abuse of power proves once again that Nigeria is a country that does not respect the rule of law.
