Omoyele Sowore Is Sick, But Being Denied Treatment In DSS Detention – Deji Adeyanju

Human Rights Activist, Deji Adeyanju has revealed that Sahara Reporters Publisher and Former AAC Presidential Candidate, Omoyele Sowore is sick and reportedly being denied treatment.

KanyiDaily had reported that Sowore, who is the convener of #RevolutionNow protests, has been in detention ever since his arrest by the Department of State Services (DSS) at his residence in the early hours of August 3rd, following his plans to lead a Revolution protest against the President Buhari-led administration scheduled on August 5th.

Adeyanju, who is also the Convener of Concerned Nigerians, has taken to his Facebook page to revealed that Sowore is not in good health, but denied treatment. He wrote:

“Just got news about Sowore. He is sick and they are denying him medical care. Is this fair? Sowore is a hero. How can you treat the nation’s heroes this way then give Bandits & terrorists VIP treatments? #FreeSowore“
