Two kenyan lovers who have been in a romantic relationship for quite some time, have found out that they are actually siblings just days to their wedding.
According to reports, John Njoroge and his girlfriend, Rose Wanjiku, met while doing shoe business. One thing led to another and before they knew it, they were already in love.
After dating each other for quite some time, the lovers felt time was ripe for them to take their relationship to the next level.
John Njoroge decided to introduce his lover to his parents in a bid to kick off marriage plans, but surprisingly, his folks ordered them to call off the relationship because his supposed wife is his half sister.
Speaking to Kameme TV, Njorode recounted the sad spot he found himself in after he was told that Rose Wanjiku was his half-sister and daughter of his father’s second wife.
“After I took her for introduction to my parents, I was told my father had another wife and we were thus brother and sister,” Njoroge narrated.
Njoroge added that he has come a long way with the lady he started dating after she ordered a shoe from him.
On her own part, Wanjiku expressed fear of falling in love again.
She said: “I cannot even fall in love with another person because I am scared he will also turn out to be my relative.”
Meanwhile, KanyiDaily had reported that a 36-year-old mother and her 19-year-old son who are “in love” with each other, said they’re ready go to jail to defend their relationship.
