“Tell Nigerians What You Saw At Aso Rock” – Nnamdi Kanu Challenges Pastor Adeboye

The leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Nnamdi Kanu has challenged the General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), Pastor Enoch Adeboye, to tell Nigerians what he saw at the Presidential Villa, Abuja.

New Agency of Nigeria (NAN) had reported that Pastor Adeboye held a closed door meeting with President Muhammadu Buhari at Aso Rock on Monday, August 31, 2020.

However, after the closed door meeting, the renowned cleric left the Presidential Villa without uttering a word to the State House correspondents who were eagerly awaiting for him at State House.

Reacting to the development, Nnamdi Kanu alleged that Pastor Adeboye refused to speak because of what he (Adeboye) saw in Aso Rock.

He accused the cleric of deception in the name of Christ and challenged him to speak up if he saw another person different from the Buhari that was voted into power.

“The General Overseer of The Redeemed Christian Church Of God Pastor E.A Adeboye declined to speak with state house correspondents after his meeting with President Muhammadu Buhari on Monday.

“Common live interview they cannot do. Deception in the name of Christ. I challenge Adeboye to tell the world if he met the old brutal dictator Buhari or somebody that looks like him,”Kanu wrote on Facebook.

Although details of the meeting have not been made public, there are indications it was in connection to the controversial Companies and Allied Matters Act, (CAMA), which the President signed into law on August 7, 2020.
