Kanu’s Wife Reacts After Odemwingie Accused Her Of ‘Chasing Him’ Without Her Husbands Permission

Amaru Kanu, the wife of Nigerian football legend, Nwankwo Kanu, has replied former Super Eagles player, Osaze Odemwingie after he accused her of ‘chasing’ him ‘relentlessly’ for a chat on Instagram.

In a long post shared on his Instagram page, Odemwingie slammed Amara for chasing him relentlessly for a chat, saying “it is not our culture to message another man without your husband’s permission”

The football player, who shared a photo of Amara with her son lying on a hospital bed, told her that instead of contacting him, she should inform her husband to contact Arsenal for advice about knee surgery since he also suffered from similar issues.

He added that Amara was wrong for messaging him without her husband’s consent. He then went on to warn Amara Kanu that “destruction is upon her” for sliding into his DM.

In another post, Odemwingie wrote: “@amarakanu If your hello can’t be public it’s probably not just a hello. Mine is #nigeria #naija LUKE 10:19.”

However, in a swift reaction, Amara begged Odemwingie via the comment section to take down the post, noting that her husband Kanu is aware of her constant message to him.

She wrote: “@odemwingie_81 oh no no no. Kindly take this post down. @kingkanu4 is fully aware of this. We want to talk to you as a family.”

KanyiDaily recalls that some months ago, Kanu Nwankwo announced that he lost one of the first beneficiaries of his heart foundation turned daughter, Enitan.
