“I Am Leaving Nigeria, I’m Being Harassed For Being Gay” – Actor Uche Maduagwu Laments

Nollywood gay actor, Uche Maduagwu has taken to social media to announce that he will soon be leaving Nigeria after he publicly declared his sexuality status.

In a post shared on his Instagram page, the controversial actor said he is leaving the country because he is being harassed and told “gay is not a Nigerian culture.”

He wrote: “They told me being gay no dey naija culture abeg is phone in our culture is buhari medical trip abroad in our culture” I am leaving Nigeria. I am being harassed for being gay.”

This is coming a few weeks after Uche Maduagwu announced that he will soon get married to his boyfriend whom he has been dating for six good years.
