The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) has recorded 37 new cases of coronavirus, bringing the total number of infections in the country to 165,419.
The NCDC made this known on Sunday night via its official Twitter handle, where it disclosed that the new cases were recorded in 7 states including the Federal Capital Territory (FCT).
According to the new report, Yobe state led with 13 new infections, followed by Lagos – with 12, Akwa Ibom – 6, FCT – 3, Edo – 1, Kaduna – 1 and Ogun – 1.
