“22 In Enugu, 18 In Lagos” – Nigeria Records 49 New COVID-19 Cases As Total Hits 165,661

The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) has recorded 49 new cases of coronavirus, bringing the total number of infections in the country to 165,661.

"22 In Enugu, 18 In Lagos" - Nigeria Records 49 New COVID-19 Cases As Total Hits 165,661 1

The NCDC made this known on Friday night via its official Twitter handle where it disclosed that the new cases were recorded in five states.

According to the new report, Enugu state led with 22 new infections, followed by Lagos – with 18, River – 6, Akwa Ibom – 2 and Edo – 1.
