President Buhari Has Built More Infrastructure Than United States Govt – Fashola
The Minister of Works and Housing, Babatunde Fashola claims that the administration of President Muhammadu Buhari has built more infrastructure than the United States Government.
Fashola Commends Buhari
Speaking on Thursday during the ‘All Progressive Congress conversation series’ on Thursday, the minister said Buhari has done more than the U.S. government in terms of infrastructure.
He alleged that the People’s Democratic Party was known for stealing public funds to invest in bigger countries but the APC brought back the stolen funds and invested them in infrastructure.
Fashola said; “I can assure you that the present APC administration of President Buhari has achieved what even the US government is trying to do in terms of infrastructure.
“As at December 2021, we have completed 941 kilometers of roads across all states and geopolitical zones. In Kano state here for instance, there are 21 road projects either in, around or in the neighbouring communities.
“Before APC administration, when last do you remember Federal Government completing 50 kilometer road in any part of the country?
“So, this is the positive change we promised Nigerians in 2015 and it is already happening. They say we are the same with them, but we are not. They stole money and took it abroad, but we are taking this money back and investing it in the area of infrastructure.”
Meanwhile, President Buhari has directed all security institutions to leverage the 5G technology, when deployed, to enhance security in the country.

Sir, compare yourself with countries in need of critical infrastructure. The American Government don’t need the infrastructure Nigeria is trying to build, why will they spend as much as Nigeria? Its not enough to just make high sounding claims proper assessment is needed.
