Nollywood actress, Ruth Kadiri-Ezerika has thrown her support behind American actor, Will Smith, after he slapped comedian, Chris Rock, for making a joke about his wife, Jada Pinkett Smith.

Ruth Kadiri Reacts To Oscars Drama

While presenting at the 2022 Oscars, Rock made a joke about Jada making “G.I Jane 2” in reference to her shaved head. Smith then rushed to the stage and slapped the comedian, went back to his seat and began screaming for Rock to “Keep my wife’s name out of your f–king mouth.”

Taking to her Instagram story, Kadiri shared a photo of Will Smith slapping Chris Rock, saying “Any man that cannot defend his wife like this should not marry her.”

She noted that no one should advice her about brutality, instead they should advice the police about that and also advice Putin about war.

Kadiri added: “If you talk anyhow, you collect.”

Meanwhile, Jaden Smith has also reacted to the incident by applauding his father for slapping Chris Rock at the 2022 Oscars.
