Operatives of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) have arrested a popular hair vendor, Ms Onuorah Caritas Onyinye, also known as Smart Beyonce.
NDLEA Spokesperson, Femi Babafemi, in a statement, yesterday, said the 29-year-old lady was arrested for allegedly smuggling drugs in her handbag on Saturday, July 23.
Onyinye who is known for going braless got into trouble upon her arrival at Enugu airport onboard an Ethiopian airline flight from Addis Ababa.
Babafemi said a search of her luggage led to the discovery of 2.192kilogrammes of cocaine concealed in two designer’s women handbags with false linings.
The Enugu hair vendor is reported to be unconsolable in detention as she is yet to name her sponsors.
