NIS Deports 18 Foreigners Over Possession Of PVCs

The NIS comptroller in Oyo, Isah Dansuleiman, spoke on Wednesday at a sensitization programme for stakeholders on the 2023 general election, the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) reports

Dansuleiman warned foreigners in the country against participating in the 2023 elections, stressing that those repatriated were arrested during a raid carried out across the state in October.

“No migrant, regardless of their status, should participate in the 2023 general elections, and any migrant caught in possession of voter card will face the full wrath of the law.

“Those using them know their status but use them for their selfish reasons to procure voter cards,” he said.

The Comptroller warned migrants residing in Oyo not to involve themselves in the 2023 general elections, saying they are allowed to stay in Nigeria to carry out their legal activities provided they have the required documents.

Dansuleiman called on Nigerians to report any migrant trying to participate in the general elections.

He assured Nigerians that the command would not relent at ensuring that the 2023 general elections is free, fair and credible.

Dansuleiman further called on migrants who are yet to do the migrants re-registration to do so, saying that the command would soon go out to smoke them out.

KanyiDaily recalls that the Nigerian Government had also announced the deportation of 19 foreigners to their various countries over various criminal and immigration offences.

“Joe Biden Won Because Election Was Rigged” – Donald Trump Denies Conceding Defeat

‘’I am Apostle Chibuzor Gift Chinyere, General Overseer of Omega Power Ministries (OPM). I feel humbled by the level of appreciation I received from well meaning Nigerians on my good works in improving the lives of less privileged in Nigeria. We all know the story of happy boys and how I intervened by sending them to Cyprus for studies. I felt at their age what they need is education not to work as security. Because of the Dollar rate, which became a heavy financial burden on me in paying school fees for over 4,000 persons on my scholarship programme, I stopped funding to Wait and see if the dollar will come down. I also communicated to every parents and gave them options either to return to Nigeria and continue their studies or Benin Republic. Now Because of God and as a father I have decided to forgive happy boys on whatever thing they Posted against me and the church. On this note I have decided to restore their scholarship to continue in any university in Nigeria or University in Benin Republic. I have instructed the matron who I employed to take care of them to arrange their ticket to return to Nigeria.''
