Fans of Nigerian superstar, Davido have taken to the streets of Lagos State to protest his absence on social media.

KanyiDaily recalls that Davido has been out of the spotlight following the untimely death of his three-year-old son, Ifeanyi Adeleke, with his now wife, Chioma Rowland.

Davido had assured his fans that he would become more active on social media in March and might even release some hit tracks for his forthcoming album.

However, nine days into the month of March and the singer hasn’t made any appearance on social media, fans took to the streets of Lagos, demanding that the singer should fulfill his promise.

In a video circulating on social media, Davido’s fans were seen holding placards whose inscription read: “Davido The Real Goat”; and another, “Baddest Its March Already. Come Back Online”
