NDLEA Spokesman, Femi Babafemi disclosed this in a statement issued on Sunday and posted on his Twitter handle.
Babafemi shared photos and a video of the black soap.
According to him, the illicit drugs concealed in the containers of black soap are methamphetamine which was being sent to Europe by the desperados.

He wrote, “Underneath these containers of black soap, are concealed parcels of methamphetamine being sent to Europe by the desperados. This video shows the moment #ndlea_nigeria officers attached to courier firms made the discovery in Lagos weekend.”
