Daniel Bwala, Spokesman to the presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Atiku Abubakar has advised President Bola Tinubu not to appoint certain persons into his government.

According to him, Tinubu should not appoint “politicians or quasi-politicians” to his government.

The positions he listed, included National Security Adviser, Minister of the economy, Director General of SSS, NIA, Minister of Petroleum, and the Central Bank Governor

The PDP presidential candidate spokesman argued that if Tinubu does otherwise, he would repeat history.

He wrote, “No 16th biggest test would the appointment of these; National Security Adviser, Minister of the economy, Director General of SSS and NIA, Minister of Petroleum, Central Bank Governor

“HE MUST NOT APPOINT A POLITICIAN OR QUASI POLITICIAN FOR ANY OF THESE ROLES, or else he will repeat history.”

Meanwhile, Kanyi Daily reported that Tinubu on Friday appointed the immediate past Minister of Special Duties, Senator George Akume as the Secretary to the Government of the Federation (SGF).

The president also appointed the Speaker of the House of Representatives, Femi Gbajabiamila as his Chief of Staff.
