Some of the dignitaries present to witness the event included Vice President Kashim Shettima, President of the Senate, Ahmad Lawan, Speaker of the House of Representatives, Femi Gbajabiamila; and the Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Senator George Akume.

Others are service chiefs; former Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Babagana Kingibe; and Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu of Lagos State, Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Adamu Adamu; APC National Secretary, Iyiola Omisore; among other top government officials.

Meanwhile, Kanyi Daily reported that President Bola Tinubu says his administration will not tolerate illegal orders from courts used to truncate or abridge democracy.
