“After Your Dance-A-Thon, Go Collect Your Divorce Paper” – Rita Edochie Taunts Yul

Veteran Nollywood actress, Rita Edochie has mocked her nephew, Yul Edochie, and his second wife, Judy Austin, over the lawsuit filed by his senior wife, May Edochie.

KanyiDaily recalls that May Edochie recently filed for divorce from Yul Edochie, and she is seeking N100 million in damages from him and Judy Austin on grounds of adultery.

The DPA Family Law Clinic, which provided an update on the couple’s marital crisis, clarified that “Yul Edochie and Judy are not husband and wife, and cannot be so until the actor and May are divorced.”

It was also revealed in detail why May considers Yul’s marriage to Judy null because her husband married her under the 1970 marriage act and isn’t allowed to have more than one wife at a time, unlike the customary marriage act.

The agency also revealed that Yul and Judy are aware of the lawsuit, having received copies of the suit papers via email, but they have allegedly been avoiding the court’s process, evading attempts to serve them.

Reacting to the development via her Instagram page, Rita Edochie shared a funny video and took a playful jab at the controversial couple.

The actress referred to Yul and Judy’s frequent dance videos, urging them to finish their “dance-a-thon” and then focus on their court papers.

Rita’s caption read: “BIA BIA BIAAAAAAAAAA ODIEGWU AFTER YOUR DANCE-A-THON GO COLLECT YOUR PAPER MEK DEY MATTER FINISH JOOOOOR.”
