Nigerian singer, D’banj has extended his touching act of kindness towards an elderly woman whose viral interview about spending $1 had warmed hearts across the internet.

In a video circulating on social media, an On-Air-Personality (OAP) and content creator, Kasnaty, had asked the elderly woman how she would utilize $1 if given that amount.

Unaware of the actual value of $1 in naira, she confidently expressed her plan to use the dollar to fund her building project and support her children with the remaining amount.

Upon stumbling upon the video on Twitter, D’banj was deeply moved by the woman’s aspirations and he sought the assistance of his followers in locating the woman.

“Help me find this woman, I love how she wants to use her $1 WIN. I go like bless her. I wan to ‘Gbe’,” D’banj tweeted.

Within hours of his request, D’banj delightedly informed his followers that he had successfully located the woman.

Videos circulating on social media captured the moment when the elderly woman, accompanied by her son, paid a visit to D’banj at his residence.

During their meeting, the singer expressed his genuine amusement and admiration for the woman’s determination to utilize $1 to care for her family.

Celebrity blogger, Tunde Ednut praised D’banj’s generous act, revealing that the singer blessed the woman with N1 million and also gifted her children with N1 million.
