Peseiro names 23 Super Eagles players for Lesotho, Zimbabwe matches [FULL LIST]

Jose Peseiro, the Super Eagles’ head coach, has called up 23 players for this month’s World Cup qualifying matches against Lesotho and Zimbabwe.

Regulars such as goalkeeper Maduka Okoye, defenders Kenneth Omeruo and Ola Aina, and midfielders Alex Iwobi and Frank Onyeka have been invited by Peseiro.

Forwards Moses Simon, Kelechi Iheanacho, and Taiwo Awoniyi were also included.

Defender Jamilu Collins returns to the squad after a lengthy injury layoff.

Nathan Tella has been called up for the first time.
