Afrobeats superstar, Ayodeji Balogun, popularly known as Wizkid, has announced his plan to donate N100 million to children as Christmas gift.
Wizkid, who disclosed this on his Instagram story on Monday, said the initiative will kick off in the Surulere area of Lagos State.
The singer expressed his intention to carry out this act of kindness in honor of his late mother, Juliana Morayo Balogun, who passed away on August 18, 2023.
“100M for the kids for Christmas! Lord bless us all 😇 start in Surulere tonight!
“All in Morayo’s name! The love of my life! ❤️❤️🕊️” hw wrote.
This comes a few days after Wizkid reportedly gifted his aide, Femi, the sum of N30 million as birthday gift.
