According to sources, the incident occurred on Tuesday at approximately 11:10 a.m.
When contacted, Amodu Sjakiru, the Head of Public Education at the Lagos State Fire Service, confirmed the occurrence.
Sjakiru stated that the fire affected two-storey buildings, and personnel from the Lagos State Fire Service are currently on-site to prevent further casualties.
The cause of the fire remains unknown at this time.
He said, “Fire service personnel are currently on the ground to stop the fire and stop any further casualties. The fire affected two-storey buildings. Details about the fire will be shared soon.”
