“Stop Wearing Fake Items, Wear Clothes In Your Tax Bracket” – Davido’s Brother Tells Nigerians

Adewale Adeleke, the brother of Nigerian superstar Davido, has criticized people who wear fake designer clothes.

In a post shared on X, Davido’s brother urged Nigerians to stop wearing counterfeit items, stressing that it’s easy to spot the difference between original and fake items.

His tweet sparked a lot of responses, including one from an X user named Da Simpson, who suggested that Adewale should talk to his uncles in politics about improving the country’s economy.

Da Simpson argued that better economic conditions would support local products, reducing the need for fake goods.

In his reply, Adewale emphasized that wearing expensive clothes isn’t necessary and encouraged people to choose outfits that fit their budget, asserting that there’s no shame in that.

Da Simpson replied saying that the fake products were all he could afford within his budget.
